The Myth of a Diet That Is Risky Raising Weight

Many people are obsessed with losing weight quickly so look for a special formula for diet. But unfortunately, these formulas are not necessarily correct or often misunderstood. Actually, to get the ideal body then all you have to do is do Intermittent fasting the 5 2 diet. With this diet, you do not need to torture yourself because you are only required to keep the diet with fasting and exercise.
But unfortunately, some people still fail in the diet. So what’s wrong? Here are some famous myths that circulate in the community about diet!

Carbohydrates cause body fat
Wrong! Carbohydrates will not cause obesity if consumed sufficiently. In addition, carbohydrates have many forms that actually make the body healthy. Potatoes consumed with the skin can meet the needs of fiber likewise with brown rice and whole grains.

For skinny, you do not need breakfast or do not need dinner
Wrong! No matter how your body it is, breakfast is important. During sleep from night until morning, the stomach is empty for about 8 hours. No breakfast also makes you risk eating a snack that is not necessarily healthy at lunchtime and also with dinner. There is no definite evidence that eating dinner can increase weight. But of course, dinner should not be excessive or contain high calories. One more thing to note, avoid a big meal just before bedtime to reduce the risk of indigestion and heartburn.

As far as possible avoid fat intake
Not always. In addition to carbohydrates and protein, the body still needs fat to meet energy needs and improve body cells. As the right choice, you can choose the healthier types of fats, such as avocados, nuts, fish, and grains. Conversely, limit the consumption of fats containing saturated fats and trans fats, such as red meat, butter, and unhealthy processed foods (e.g. chips, crackers, and cakes).
